Products shown on our website that are available from stock can also be purchased in person at our shop. We accept orders and quotation requests by e-mail.

Delivery of stock products

Orders for in-stock items received by 10:00 a.m. on a business day will be dispatched with our courier service on the same day. For deliveries within Hungary, orders dispatched on a business day are normally delivered on the following business day. Please contact us for information on current shipping charges.

Cash – for in-store purchases.

Bank card – for in-store purchases and cash-on-delivery payments.

Bank transfer in advance – based on a proforma invoice.

Cash on delivery – for deliveries, subject to the order terms.

Privacy information for enquiries

Purposes and data: receiving and responding to enquiries, discussing technical requirements and taking steps towards a possible contract. We process the name, company, email address, telephone number, enquiry details and any optional attachment submitted.

Legal basis: depending on the enquiry, steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). The checkbox acknowledges reading this notice; it is not marketing consent.

Recipients and security: relevant staff and our hosting and email providers may access the information as necessary. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse; this may involve processing technical data and international transfers.

Retention: information is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable legal obligations.

Your rights: you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and, where applicable, data portability. You may complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH) and seek judicial remedies. Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot respond without essential contact and enquiry details. We do not use enquiries for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
